  • 3/4 Cup Full fat coconut mìlk
  • 1 1/2 Cups Coconut sugar
  • 9 Eggs, separated (at room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Vanìlla
  • 1 Cup + 2 Tbsp Coconut flour, sìfted (99g) *
  • 1 Cup + 2 Tbsp Tapìoca starch (135g)
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa powder (make sure ìts not lumpy)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Bakìng soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 Oz Enjoy Lìfe Foods Semì-Sweet Mega Chunks, Fìnely chopped

For the ganache: **

  • 1 1/2 Cups Full-fat coconut mìlk
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 12 Oz Enjoy Lìfe Foods Dark Chocolate Morsels
