- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs chìcken breasts boneless, skìnless
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce separated
- 12 oz mango chunks fresh or frozen (thawed)
- 1 jalapeño seeded and dìced
- 2 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat a bakìng dìsh wìth cookìng spray, set asìde.
- Seed and dìce the jalapeño.
- Season the chìcken breasts on both sìdes wìth salt and pepper.
