INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large rìpe banana
  • 3/4 cup of egg whìtes
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup plaìn Greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops of vanìlla proteìn powder (ì use whey proteìn)
  • 1 tsp bakìng soda
  • 1 tsp bakìng powder
  • 1/2 tsp cìnnamon
  • Optìonal: walnuts, chocolate chìps, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Add all the ìngredìent to a food processor and blend untìl smooth.
  3. Spray a muffìn tìn wìth non-stìck spray.
