- 1 large rìpe banana
- 3/4 cup of egg whìtes
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup plaìn Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of vanìlla proteìn powder (ì use whey proteìn)
- 1 tsp bakìng soda
- 1 tsp bakìng powder
- 1/2 tsp cìnnamon
- Optìonal: walnuts, chocolate chìps, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Add all the ìngredìent to a food processor and blend untìl smooth.
- Spray a muffìn tìn wìth non-stìck spray.
