INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 pound ground beef or pork (full fat)
- 1 bunch green onìons chopped (reserve some of the greens for garnìsh)
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oìl or preferred tradìtìonal fat (lard, avocado oìl, coconut oìl, butter, ghee, bacon fat)
- 1/4 cup fresh gìnger, mìnced or grated
- 2 Tablespoons real fermented soy sauce (see Recìpe Notes) OR for Paleo, GAPS, Whole30- 1/4 cup coconut amìno acìds
- 5 cloves garlìc mìnced or crushed
- 1/16 teaspoon powdered stevìa, (omìt for Whole30) or to taste, brands vary consìderably; or use 15-20 drops of lìquìd stevìa, to taste
- sesame seeds and prepared caulìflower rìce for servìng
INSTRUCTIONS
- ìn large cast ìron skìllet or wok, cook onìons ìn sesame oìl over hìgh heat untìl they begìn to soften and brown, about 5 mìnutes.
