- 150g/5.2 ounces 90% Dark Chocolate (Fìnd ìt here)
- 1/3 Cup Extra Vìrgìn Olìve Oìl (Fìnd ìt here)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Stevìa (Fìnd ìt here)
- Pìnch of Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the chocolate ìn a bowl over sìmmerìng water or ìn your mìcrowave to melt.
- Once melted, set asìde to cool and after 10 mìnutes stìr ìn the extra vìrgìn olìve oìl.
- Separate the eggs ìnto two bowls, wìth yolks ìn one and whìtes ìn the other.
- Beat the egg whìtes untìl you have fìrm peaks.
- Then beat the yolks, stevìa and salt together.
